DLG's Draft Budget Review Statement Guidelines

The NSW DLG has issued Draft BUDGET REVIEW STATEMENT GUIDELINES that will presumably take effect (for ALL Councils) for the Quarter Ending 30/9/10.

NB. There is no delayed application for Group 2 or 3 IP&R Councils - the new Budget Review Statement will apply to ALL Councils from the same start date (as the Draft Guidelines currently stand).
